I live up the road from Charlotte in Concord. I see WVU represented all over up here.
There's a place right off I-85 in Concord called Joe's Bar & Grill that shows most all of the Mountaineer games and hangs a WVU banner in their window on game days.

Cool, haven't been there. In hickory at the BW3's(right by the mall) the owner (an Auburn fan/alum) has a WV banner, at my request 
He put that up b/c I told him we would take them in motown
