Re: The Suggestion Box
Marco. I love the banner, but I'm kind of confused. Is it really one road? I know there can only be one winner, but there are at least two roads and arguably four. I sort of see it as two roads intersecting at one point with one person walking away victorious. You can disregard this, but I am h...

Re: The Suggestion Box
What a horrible feature. Imagine...you could be all alone on TMN, falsely believing that you're in the presence of fellow Mountaineers. How tragic!

Re: TMN Mobile (aka "Fullblown Handheld Goodness")
It's actually kind of frustrating, well at first (I'm used to it now), because this is a very web-friendly phone and I navigated the old site (non-mobile) with zero problems.

Re: TMN Mobile (aka "Fullblown Handheld Goodness")
I've got the Motorola Cliq with Android 1.5. They're going to update it to Android 2.1 sometime within the next few months, but yeah, it isn't handheld goodness for me.

Re: TMN Mobile (aka "Fullblown Handheld Goodness")
How is San An? I haven't been there in years.

Re: The Suggestion Box
Edit: Nevermind. That's interesting though. I just realized that it keeps track of the time you're actually navigating the site. I thought it was keeping track of how long you've been logged in (without logging out).

Re: TMN Mobile (aka "Fullblown Handheld Goodness")
Marco, is there any easy way to make Mang's articles available on the mobile site? Thanks!

Re: TMN Mobile (aka "Fullblown Handheld Goodness")
I assumed. I switched from a Crackberry. I do miss the track ball and track pad, but it just wasn't as web friendly as I had hoped. Had a Pearl but exchanged it. Tested out a Bold and finally settled with one of the new Motorolas. I can browse Rivals with zero problems and it's not the mobile s...

Re: TMN Mobile (aka "Fullblown Handheld Goodness")
I'm happy with 5 posts per page. Evidently, you don't have a touch screen Geno. It is already a nuisance to scroll with 5 posts when they are longer.

Re: TMN Mobile (aka "Fullblown Handheld Goodness")
Last one for the day. Is there any way to program the links so that the threads take us to the last page rather than the first? I love the (new) hot link, but when it isn't there, most of the time I've found that I'd rather be taken to the last page than the first. Do any other mobile users feel s...

And I wish I could modify my posts. I miss being able to sneak in with my ninja edits.

Re: TMN Mobile (aka "Fullblown Handheld Goodness")
We need a quote button. It is a pain to have to type the code for it, especially because brackets are in my symbols folder that I have to keep opening. A URL function would be nice too. I'd consider those the essentials. Let's talk aesthetics. White and black is dull as all get out. Can we get ...

Re: The Suggestion Box
I liked the Twitter update. I would be careful about who the updates are from. That could get cluttered if you're not careful. I liked the scrolling update of the next game time. Not sure if it's still there. The mobile version is very bare. I wouldn't mind user-submitted articles for members o...

Lol. It's like Area 51. As long as nobody takes me in my sleep now, it can be our little secret.
