Everybody has a tournament pick-em, and most offices have a tourney pool of some sort. We're no different, but we're going to put a twist on the standard pick-em: we'll have a men's pick-em, a woman's pick-em and an overall winner that combines the result of the two tournaments. Prizes will be better than your standard bragging rights as well.
Stay tuned for more details. We'll open up the pick-em for your submissions tomorrow.

I am assuming you mean a Women's bball bracket, and not just a "ladies of the nation" challenge & "men of the nation" bracket challenge all dealing with Mens bball.... right?

Everyone fills out a women's bracket and/or a men's bracket. There will be a men's winner, a women's winner and an overall winner. You can do either one or both.
